“What you seek is seeking you.”

Hello!

I have always been a "seeker", a reader, a student, a gardener, a curious traveler, a person who thrives on the synergistic connection with others. I honor and bear witness to the story, the journey. My path has been guided to work with people, and there is no end to my interest in the personal and professional empowerment of people, and the health of the body, mind, and spirit. I have "the heart of a teacher"; I am a facilitator; I share my knowledge to magnify self-care awareness.

love love love this quote by Dr. Brene Brown- “Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.” Part of my journey has been to understand not just where am I going, but to dive into the depths of who I most authentically am. What has framed that reflection in the pool?

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”

My own personal traumas and injuries led me to the door ways of gifted practitioners and healers. I tell my clients that what I discovered in those spaces opened the essence of who I am. However, let me tell you, that took many, many sessions and sun salutations, and I am still practicing today. The work is never done. Yoga lifted the "ceiling" off my head and gave me my "drishti". Mind, body, and soul integrated into one on the massage table, and my massage therapist would cheer me on that I was "40% there, 50% there, 55%, 70%", etc. - well you get the idea! I wanted to give back what I have received. I offer what I partake.
